The TB Parts 20mm Performance Carb kit is designed to enhance the performance of your Honda TRX90. This 20mm carburetor has a long-standing reputation for quality and ease of tuning, making it a reliable upgrade. While it can offer benefits on a stock vehicle with a performance exhaust, TB Parts explicitly states it is not recommended for bone stock 90s. For optimal gains, it pairs exceptionally well with their 114cc big bore kits. The complete kit includes a 20mm carburetor, an intake manifold kit with all necessary mounting hardware, and a comprehensive selection of main and pilot jets to cover various tuning needs. It also features a rotating intake spacer for flexible carb installation and a proper thumb throttle cable for direct control. A low-profile foam air filter is included to ensure a good fit. Note that TRX90 models utilize two fuel lines. The installation instructions suggest that you can cap off the main fuel line supply and solely use the "reserve" fuel line supply. TB Parts also offers dual feed petcocks (part number TBW0133) separately if needed.
