The K-Tech DDS (Direct Damping System) front fork cartridges are a complete replacement damping system designed and manufactured in the UK for high-end racing applications. This system features 20mm displacing pistons that drive high oil flow through 31mm control valves, providing precise damping control and improved response times. A patent-pending design effectively eliminates cavitation, ensuring system stability under extreme track conditions, even as working temperatures fluctuate. The cartridges are pressurized by spring force to maintain consistent performance. Key technical specifications include 30 clicks of compression and rebound adjustment, along with 18mm of spring preload adjustment. Each kit is supplied with three pairs of springs and the necessary tools for changes, with a wide range of additional spring rates available for fine-tuning. Installation requires specialized tools and techniques to guarantee performance and safety. As such, these cartridges are only available for purchase and installation through authorized K-Tech dealers. This kit is specifically designed for the Honda CBR1000RR-R SC82 (2020-2026).
