The K-Tech DDS (Direct Damping System) front fork cartridges are a complete replacement damping system engineered and manufactured in the UK for demanding racing applications. This pressurized system features 20mm displacing pistons and 31mm control valves, facilitating a high flow of oil for precise damping control. Its patent-pending design effectively eliminates cavitation, ensuring system stability even under extreme conditions. The independent damping circuits are optimized to enhance dynamics and response time, providing superior performance. Key features include 30 clicks of compression adjustment and 30 clicks of rebound adjustment, along with an 18mm spring preload adjustment. The DDS technology is complemented by an 8mm piston rod, which reduces system displacement, and a 20mm displacing piston for increased oil flow and enhanced damping control. The 31mm control piston further refines feel and response time. This system is supplied with three pairs of springs and the necessary tools for installation and adjustment, and a wide range of spring rates are available to suit specific needs. These cartridges are used at the highest levels of racing, including British Superbike and Isle of Man TT. Installation of the K-Tech DDS cartridges requires specialist tools and techniques, and they are only available through K-Tech authorized dealers who have received specific training.
