Overview

The AEM 21-736C is a cold air intake system designed to deliver cooler air to the engine for better combustion and increased horsepower.

The AEM 21-736C Cold Air Intake System is engineered to relocate the air filter outside the engine compartment, allowing it to draw in cooler ambient air. This cooler, denser air contains more oxygen, which can lead to improved combustion efficiency and a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque. It includes a high-flow Dryflow air filter, which is designed for long life and requires servicing less frequently than traditional filters, potentially up to 100,000 miles depending on driving conditions. This cold air intake system is specifically designed for the 2.4L engines in select Hyundai Sonata models (2011-2014) and Kia Optima models (2011-2014).
