It is compatible with Ford E4OD/4R100 transmissions in F-Series trucks, vans, motorhomes, and Excursions, specifically with 7.3L Diesel (up to 2003) and V10 Gas (up to 2004) engines. The pan includes a bolt kit, drain plug, and filter.
