215mm IRS Axle Assembly 2.65 Ratio

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA440-240 is a remanufactured Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) axle assembly, built to precise standards for reliability and longevity. This unit features a 215mm ring gear and a 2.65 gear ratio, specifically for Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) applications. During the remanufacturing process, all housings are thoroughly cleaned using hydro blasting to restore an OEM finish. Critical components such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced. Furthermore, all internal parts, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo a 100% inspection. Housings are also tested for surface wear and cracks to ensure integrity. Units are shipped in high-density plastic totes to minimize damage during transit. This axle assembly is designed for 2006-2014 Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300 models, as well as 2005-2008 Dodge Magnum RWD vehicles. Proper setup and longevity are ensured through the establishment of correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements.
