Each nozzle is brand new, ensuring peak performance and longevity, unlike reconditioned parts which may compromise service life. The precision of the spray holes is achieved through electrical discharge machining (EDM), with real-time feedback to the flow control unit. Following the EDM process, Hydro Erosive (HE) Rounding refines the orifices using an abrasive fluid, leading to smoother, more consistent fuel delivery and tightening flow tolerance to +/- 1.5%. This meticulous manufacturing process, supported by lab equipment for testing metallurgical, hydraulic, and dimensional characteristics with sub-micron accuracy, results in an optimized spray pattern, hardened wear surfaces, and closer tolerances.
