21C WRANGLER 6.4L HEMI ENGINE STEERING KIT WITH BIG BORE XD STEERING GEAR

The PSC Motorsports Big Bore XD Cylinder Assist Steering Kit is an essential upgrade designed to address factory steering performance issues and handle increased torque loads associated with larger tire sizes and aftermarket axle assemblies in Jeep Wrangler JL models. This kit replaces the original computer-controlled electro-hydraulic steering (EHPS) system with PSC's proprietary Big Bore XD-JL Steering Gearbox and a traditional belt-driven High Flow Mechanical Power Steering Pump Conversion. It is specifically designed for the 2021-Newer Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon 392 HEMI with a 6.75” Stroke Front Axle and a 1.75” Tie Rod Clamp. The kit comes fully assembled with hoses and fittings for straightforward installation and and PSC 715 High-Performance Power Steering Fluid. It is important to note that the larger size of the BIG BORE XD-JL Steering Gearbox may restrict the use of certain aftermarket track bars.
