The Polini 177.0093 is a comprehensive 21mm carburetion system engineered to upgrade the fuel delivery of 50cc 2-stroke scooters powered by vertical Minarelli engines. By replacing the restrictive original flat-valve configuration with the included Big Valve reed valve kit, this system significantly improves airflow to unlock higher performance levels across the power band. The kit features a high-performance 21mm CP carburetor characterized by a 46mm air filter connection, a 100 main jet, a 40 pilot jet, and a 24x30 throttle slide. It is supplied as a ready-to-install package including the intake pipe, cables, sheaths, gaskets, and collars required for assembly. Compatibility is widespread among various vertical Minarelli-based models, including the Aprilia Amico, MBK Booster series (Spirit, Next Generation, Rocket, Naked, Track), and Yamaha BW'S series (Original, NG, Naked), as well as many models from Italjet and LEM. Note that for Aprilia SR models, this kit is specifically intended for units produced before 1993.
