The JEGS 555-79980 Cowl Induction Hood is engineered to provide an aggressive aesthetic and improved under-hood clearance for select 2007-2013 Chevrolet Trucks, including Silverado 1500 models. Constructed from durable 22-gauge steel, this heavy-stamped hood is finished with a black Electro-Deposit Primer (EDP) coating to offer robust protection against rust and corrosion. Featuring a 2-inch cowl height, this hood offers enhanced clearance for taller engine components or intake systems. This ensures a streamlined process for replacement or upgrade. It is important to note that this cowl induction hood does NOT fit HD models. The hood is sold individually and comes unpainted, ready for custom finishing to match your vehicle's aesthetic.
