220GPH Fuel Pump

This unit is rated at 220 gallons per hour and 65 PSI, making it capable of supporting Ford Powerstroke diesel engines with enough fuel for aggressive tuning and fuel system upgrades, up to 900 HP. Constructed from CNC-machined billet aluminum, the Titanium Series pump incorporates FASS Silencing Technology (FST) to reduce noise. It also features Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) for improved fuel flow and Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology to continually "polish" the fuel by returning filtered fuel back to the tank. The system effectively removes water, air, and debris from the fuel, leading to increased efficiency, improved performance, and a smoother idle. It protects and extends the life of your fuel system and injectors with a 3-micron filtration rating and a built-in water separation filter. Installation has been simplified with new bolt-on brackets that utilize the Ford Super Duty factory bed bolt, allowing for mounting in minutes. This lift pump is specifically designed for the 2017-2019 6.7L Ford Powerstroke. The system is backed by a limited lifetime warranty and offers an optional electric heater and fuel pressure gauge port.
