The Galfer DF607W is a 220mm rear wave brake rotor designed to upgrade the braking performance of compatible off-road, street, and track motorcycles. Each rotor is crafted from a proprietary blend of virgin high-carbon 420 stainless steel. The material is laser-cut, never stamped, and then double disc-parallel ground to ensure perfect flatness. The rotors are heat-treated for specific applications and are KBA and TUV approved. It delivers a drastic increase in lever feel, modulation, and brake torque, while offering exceptionally predictable and consistent performance. The design contributes to a longer lifespan compared to standard rotors. Installation is straightforward as the DF607W seamlessly replaces the original equipment rotor.
