The Texas Speed 25-TSP224R6-110 is a Stage 1 Cathedral camshaft engineered for LS1, LS2, and LS6 engines. It delivers significant performance gains, with an estimated power increase of 45-50+ rear wheel horsepower, while maintaining great drivability and stock-like manners with a noticeable idle lope. This camshaft utilizes lobes designed to be friendly with beehive and double valve springs, and its 110 LSA contributes to a lower powerband and a slightly rougher idle. It is best suited for engines with a compression ratio of 9.5:1 or higher, and operates effectively within an RPM range of 1400-6500. Installation of this camshaft requires specific components. PAC 1219 or TSP/PAC Dual .660 Valve Springs are recommended. For the 110 LSA variant, a 2600+ stall torque converter is advised. Custom tuning is required for optimal performance. No upgraded rear gears are necessary. This camshaft is compatible with 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, and 6.0L engines.
