22C TUNDRA APEX SINGLE HOOP FRONT BUMPER

The IRONMAN 4X4 Apex Single Hoop Front Bumper is a crash-safety tested bumper designed for the 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra (2022+). It meets ADR (Australian Design Regulation) 69 and 73 standards for full frontal and offset impact occupant protection, ensuring SRS airbag compatibility. The single hoop design offers a sleek appearance while providing enhanced front-end protection compared to standard winch bumpers, featuring a robust 2.3" (60mm) tube diameter. This bumper improves off-road performance by increasing approach and departure angles, offers better vehicle protection, and maintains full compatibility with all proximity sensors and cameras. A front rock guard is included to deflect debris. Its 2-stage design with a winch cradle directly mounted to the chassis ensures a strong and safe winching platform. Integrated cutouts for cube lights and four additional light tab mounts allow for customized lighting setups. It is compatible with IRONMAN 4X4 Frontier winches, supporting a standard 10" x 4.5" mounting footprint with easy clutch handle access and line visibility. Bolt-on, frame-mounted recovery points (rated at 11,000 lbs / 5,000 kg) provide reliable strength for recovery operations. The bumper is constructed from pickled, cold-rolled steel with an ultra-durable AKZO NOBEL Black Powder Coat for rust resistance, and features 360° robotic welding for precise and strong welds. Some cutting/trimming is required for installation, and a wiring harness is not included.
