23C F250/F350 4.5IN STAGE 8 SUSPENSION SYSTEM DIESEL RADIUS ARMS/EXPANSION PACKS

This ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5” suspension system is designed to lift 4WD 2023-2025 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty trucks, significantly improving ride quality and performance, and allowing for larger wheel and tire combinations. The Stage 8 system is suitable for on-road, towing, job site, washboard gravel roads, and aggressive off-road adventures. It includes 4.5” lift coil springs optimized for diesel engines, featuring a dual-rate design for comfort and off-road performance. Fabricated radius arms offer increased strength, on-vehicle caster adjustment, improved tire clearance, and higher ground clearance by eliminating drop brackets. A fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar ensure proper axle centering and reduce road feedback. The system features an ICON Centerline steering stabilizer kit with a 2.5 Aluminum Series shock absorber and piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping. Leaf spring expansion packs provide 2” of rear lift, enhanced ride quality, and reduced axle wrap. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir CDEV front and rear shocks offer vehicle-specific tuning, improved performance, and resistance to overheating with remote reservoirs. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) actively adjusts compression damping via the CDEV at each shock, controlled wirelessly through a smartphone app. The kit also includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high-quality stainless steel extended brake lines. The components are CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed, and the system is extensively tested and tuned as a complete unit.
