Overview

The CX Racing Turbo Kit is a bolt-on system designed for the 1991-1994 Nissan S13 240SX with a stock KA24DE DOHC engine. This kit includes a turbo, intercooler, manifold, downpipe, and wastegate, all developed and tested in the US for a bolt-on fit.

Key components feature a bar and plate intercooler with a 23"x11"x3" core, mandrel-bent 2.5" aluminum piping, a T3 turbo flange, and a 3" stainless steel downpipe. The kit supports big HP upgrades and can achieve approximately 350 HP with upgraded injectors and ECU.

The CXRacing Turbo Kit is a comprehensive upgrade solution engineered for the 1991-1994 Nissan S13 240SX equipped with the stock KA24DE DOHC engine. This bolt-on kit streamlines the turbocharging process, integrating the manifold, downpipe, intercooler, and piping into a cohesive system. This kit even allows for the use of a half-size battery without relocation. The intercooler features a robust bar and plate construction with a 23"x11"x3" core and a 2.75" inlet/outlet, supported by mandrel-bent 2.5" aluminum piping. The included manifold has a T3 turbo flange and a 38mm wastegate flange. The turbo itself is a T3 flanged unit with a .50 A/R compressor and a .63 A/R turbine, rated for up to 350 WHP and capable of operating between 5-20 PSI, with the included wastegate set to 8 PSI. A 3" stainless steel downpipe and mid-pipe are also part of the package, designed to connect to a 3" cat-back system. Key highlights of this kit include its ability to work with stock fuel injectors and ECU, achieving 232 WHP at 7 psi on a dyno run. For those seeking more power, the kit supports upgrades to approximately 350HP with upgraded injectors and ECU. The package comes complete with the T3/T4 hybrid turbo, oil kit, 304 stainless steel manifold, 38mm wastegate, 3" stainless downpipe and mid-pipe, aluminum intercooler with piping, BOV, T-clamps, and a 3" intake pipe with a stock MAF sensor connection.
