Lenco electric rams are designed for lifting and closing heavy hatches, engine compartment flaps, and covers on boats. These hatch lifts are part of the 100 Series and feature clear anodized aluminum tubing, corrosion-proof mounting brackets, and stainless steel pull pins for enhanced reliability and durability in marine environments. They deliver over 500 lbs (226.79 kg) of force and are available in 12V and 24V models, with stroke lengths ranging from 4 inches (10.1 cm) to 30 inches (76.2 cm). Key features include a clutchless ball screw design that prevents drifting and binding, ensuring synchronized operation in dual lift applications. The ball screw also spins freely when the hatch is fully opened or closed, eliminating the need for limit switches and preventing motor burnout. Each unit comes with a 2-foot (61 cm) lead and Deutsch plug. The lifts are CE-certified, ignition protected, and ABYC compliant, and are constructed entirely from non-corrosive, water-resistant materials. A 20A circuit breaker and 20A rated switch are required for installation.
