This South Bend Clutch Stage 3 Drag Clutch Kit (K70722-SS-DXD-B) is designed for heavily modified cars and drag racing. It features an SFI-approved Race Cover pressure plate for quicker shifts and utilizes puck-style discs with high-carbon components and graphite-impregnated ceramic friction material for maximum friction, rapid heat dissipation, and abrupt engagement. It is recommended for drag, pulling, and drifting applications and requires a Single Mass Steel Flywheel if the original design is a Dual Mass Flywheel.
