Description

It boasts a significantly enlarged core, measuring 24 x 8 x 3.5 inches, which has demonstrated a reduction of over 40 degrees in charge air temperatures in similar applications. The intercooler features a durable TIG-welded, proprietary bar-and-plate core design, manufactured from top-grade aluminum. Installation involves a direct fit into the factory location, though some trimming of the plastic shroud may be required due to the increased size of the unit. The enlarged core size and efficient design eliminate the power loss associated with OEM intercoolers becoming overwhelmed at wide-open throttle. CVF guarantees a perfect fit, backed by in-house engineering and years of turbo expertise. This intercooler is specifically designed for the 2019-2024 Ford Edge ST, 2015-2024 Ford Edge (2.0L/2.7L), and 2016-2018 Lincoln MKX (2.7L). It comes with a lifetime warranty. While a direct replacement, slight plastic shroud trimming is necessary for installation.
