Description

The Mechman 240 Amp High Output Alternator is a 6-phase alternator designed for Honda and Acura vehicles with 3.0L or 3.5L engines. It offers significant output in a compact and durable package, utilizing less horsepower than conventional 3-phase alternators. Featuring 12 diodes and twin rectifier plates with outstanding airflow, this alternator ensures a long service life.

The 240 amp model provides a balance between peak output and output at engine idle RPM. Installation notes indicate it comes with a smaller 1.75-inch diameter pulley, which may require a slightly shorter drive belt for proper tension.
