Description

The Schrick intake camshaft is engineered for the Cooper S R56 N14 engine, a 4-cylinder, 4-valve power plant. This camshaft features a duration of 248 degrees Kw, with an intake duration at 1mm of 195 degrees. The intake peak timing is set at 112 degrees, and the cam lobe lift measures 6.02mm. The valve lift, excluding valve clearance, is 10mm. Key timing specifications include the intake opening at 12 degrees and closing at 85 degrees. At 1mm of lift, the intake opens at 43 degrees (EM 1) and closes at 238 degrees (EM 1). Additional timing data at 1mm lift indicates an intake opening of -27 degrees (EM 2) and closing at 168 degrees (EM 2). It is crucial to ensure sufficient valve-to-piston clearance after installation. This component is specifically designed for the "Cooper S R56 N14" engine.
