The Hella 1GA 998 534-451 Ultra Beam Powerpack is a 24V Xenon worklight engineered for short-distance illumination. This worklight utilizes a 35W D1S Xenon bulb, providing 250% more light than a comparable 55W halogen bulb while consuming 35% less energy and offering five times the lifespan. Its daylight-like light color enhances visibility and natural object perception in dark conditions. The brightness remains constant across fluctuating on-board voltages, supporting 18-32V for 24V units. The housing is constructed from robust, glass-fibre reinforced plastic that is resistant to acid and corrosion, with all steel components made from seawater-resistant Nirosta 316 stainless steel. The tempered glass diffuser pane is protected by a pre-positioned retaining frame. The bracket system allows for optimal adjustability and features a stable four-point attachment, while a patented vibration damping system in the base protects the xenon bulb, making it suitable for extreme applications like mounting on construction machinery.
