Apex Wheels, part of their Sprint Line of forged wheels, are engineered for lightness and strength. They are forged using 10,000 metric tons of pressure, which eliminates porosity and refines grain structure. These wheels feature custom-designed blank profiles to optimize size, concavity, spoke design, and brake clearance. Side-milled spokes reduce weight, while critical areas are reinforced for a stronger inner lip and higher load rating. Apex wheels are weight-optimized using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and are independently tested beyond JWL standards. They offer significant big brake clearance, deeper concavity, and paintless knurled beads for enhanced tire grip. They are designed to accommodate oversized race lugs and impact sockets, with specifications laser-engraved on the barrel. Most Apex wheels are hub-centric and compatible with OEM and aftermarket Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors (TPMS) and hardware.
