ICON 4Runner suspension systems are designed for maximum performance, focusing on increased wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding control and ride quality both on and off-road. This Stage 11 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs for superior damping, vehicle control, and improved shock cooling. The adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers provide 1.25-3" front lift height over stock. The tubular upper control arms (UCAs) enhance strength, durability, and correct alignment for better drivability. These UCAs feature the patented (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) Delta Joint Pro, offering 90 degrees of total articulation. The system utilizes 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components and corrosion-resistant CAD plated coilover shock bodies with 7/8" shafts. Dual-rate rear coil springs improve performance and ride quality, providing a .75" rear lift. Tubular rear upper and lower links improve rear-end articulation and allow for pinion angle adjustment. An on-vehicle adjustable billet aluminum rear track bar properly centers the rear axle and improves rear suspension performance. FK Rod End bearings ensure extended longevity and minimal deflection. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir CDCV rear shocks with integrated bump zones provide improved shock damping and utilize vehicle-specific valving to balance the truck's performance from front to rear. All shock absorbers are equipped with ICON CDXS for independent adjustability of high-speed and low-speed compression force. The vehicle-specific coilover lengths are optimized for 2WD models, yielding maximum front wheel travel.
