While it can work with the OEM intercooler, an aftermarket intercooler is preferred for best results. The cooler itself is built to aircraft quality standards, utilizing aircraft-spec aluminum alloy and the latest vacuum brazing technology. Its thin aluminum plates are optimized for the fastest possible heat transfer, while corrugated screen internal turbulator plates increase thermal efficiency and mechanical strength.
