250% over LMM injector - New CORE CHARE APPLIES OF 150

S&S Diesel proprietary nozzle honing process for clean and consistent holes. Nozzles are flow-matched to 1% variance per set, using OE standards (Viscor SAE-J967, 40 degrees C, 100 bar). Injectors are flow-matched to 3% variance per set (except TorqueMaster), with Viscor SAE-J967, 40 degrees C, and 4 different pressure/energizing points per injector, with aligned injection profiles (rate shape). Injector build spec is custom-matched to nozzle flow rate for each size. 250% (3200 cc/min) and up feature internal body modifications, as increased nozzle flow slows down the open/closing time, and body modifications improve the injection rate shape. Available with brand new or Bosch remanufactured bodies (S&S Diesel only uses reman bodies direct from Bosch for quality purposes, which differs from Bosch-certified remans). Core returns required – $150 charge if no core returned.
