The Walbro RXP252E2 is a high-output, 255L/Hr in-tank fuel pump engineered for demanding, high-performance applications that require consistent fuel flow. Its compact inline-inlet (IOIL) design makes it a powerful drop-in replacement, compatible with numerous Walbro and AEM part numbers including the GSS342, GSS317, GSS250, F20000141, and AEM 50-1000. This pump boasts a reliable, quiet turbine impeller and is fully compatible with both Gasoline and E85 Ethanol fuels. It delivers 255 Liter/Hr (67 US GPH) at 43 PSI @ 13.5V, featuring an integral check valve on the outlet stem to prevent bleed-down for faster starts and to block back-flow in multi-pump setups. An internal bypass valve provides system protection. Each unit is individually tested before packaging to ensure quality and reliability. Installation of this high-output pump necessitates critical upgrades. A wiring upgrade is required for both in-tank and external wiring due to the pump's high current draw. This item is sold as a bare pump only; therefore, specific installation parts such as a nylon convoluted fuel tube (with an 8mm end), SAE 30R10 submersible rubber fuel hose, or an 11mm inlet filter sock must be selected separately. Connector sets and pre-assembled universal harnesses are also available to complete the installation. To maintain system reliability and warranty coverage, specific installation conditions must be met. The pump is shipped with a protective internal solvent and must remain sealed in its factory packaging until installation. Warranty claims require documented testing with proper instruments, including a voltmeter. Returns are not accepted on open-box fuel pumps due to safety and quality assurance reasons; all sales are final once the factory seal is broken.
