Description

The Circle D Specialties 258mm Pro Series 4L80E torque converter is engineered for enhanced performance in GM 4L80E transmissions. This converter boasts a 258mm (10 1/4") diameter and offers customizable stall speeds from 2800 to 3700 RPM, allowing for fine-tuning to match specific engine and driving requirements. Constructed with durability and performance in mind, the Pro Series converter features a billet front and billet piston for increased strength. It is furnace brazed for robust sealing and utilizes Torrington bearings for smooth operation. The hand-TIG welded turbine hub and flanged impeller hub contribute to anti-flex durability. Each converter is hand-assembled to exacting tolerances, ensuring quality and reliability. Customers can select from various configurations, including single-disk or 3-disk lockup options, or a non-lockup variant. Additionally, the choice between a stock sprag and a mechanical diode sprag is available, further allowing for tailored performance.
