Description

The Circle D Specialties 258mm Pro Series torque converter is an excellent upgrade for late-model GM vehicles utilizing the 8L90 transmission, particularly those seeking to maximize boosted performance. It is custom manufactured and features robust internal components for enhanced strength and reliability. Key construction elements include a billet front cover for superior strength, a triple clutch lockup system for improved engagement, and a billet apply piston. Additionally, it is built with heat-treated steel splines for durability under load, furnace brazed and hand TIG welded fins for efficient heat dissipation, and a flanged style hub for secure connection. This torque converter is legal for sale and use in all 50 states, as it does not require an EO in California (Code 4). However, it is crucial to note that this specific converter WILL NOT FIT 2019+ L84 applications. For 2019+ L84 Sierra/Silverado owners, a separate link is provided to guide them to the appropriate product.
