2599-5/7 Lowering Kit with Calmax Control Arms, Flip Kit, Shackles

The DJM Suspension DJM2599-5/7 is a comprehensive lowering kit engineered to provide a significant "in-the-weeds" stance for 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2WD trucks with coil springs. This kit achieves a 5-inch drop in the front using DJM's Calmax Control Arms. These specialized arms allow for the significant drop while maintaining factory coil springs, full suspension travel, and correct factory alignment specifications, preserving ball joint function without binding. The rear of the vehicle is lowered by a full 7 inches through the use of a flip kit and longer leaf spring shackles. The flip kit includes frame supports for "C"-notching and DJM's exclusive pinion-adjustable axle brackets, differentiating it from other kits on the market. Shocks are included in this kit. DJM recommends specific part numbers for replacement shocks: 1415 for the front, 1800 for the rear driver's side, and 1900 for the rear passenger's side. Replacement parts for ball joints and bushing kits are also available separately. This kit is specifically designed for 2WD trucks with coil springs.
