The Circle D Specialties GM 264mm Pro Series Torque Converter is a custom-built solution for high-performance vehicles, particularly those with engines exceeding 1500 horsepower. Construction highlights include a robust billet front cover that features a multiple bolt pattern for versatile installation, paired with a screw-on pilot that ensures universal bolt pattern compatibility. Internally, it boasts anti-balloon plates on both the pump and turbine for added protection under extreme stress. The stator is precision CNC-machined from steel to provide maximum adjustability for optimal performance tuning. Buyers can select between a spragless or mechanical diode one-way clutch configuration, and the fins are furnace-brazed and hand TIG-welded for superior strength and longevity. This converter is available with various stall speed options, ranging from 3600-3800 RPM up to 5800-6000 RPM, allowing for fine-tuning to match specific engine and drivetrain setups.
