The ETS 15-21 Subaru STI Front Mount Intercooler is engineered to be a critical component for enhancing your vehicle's performance. This ensures that your engine receives consistently cool air, leading to improved power output and reliability. Built with meticulous attention to detail, the intercooler features hand-fabricated and TIG-welded end tanks. It has undergone rigorous testing, being pressure tested to 35 PSI to ensure durability under demanding conditions. The substantial 26"x11.5" core size provides ample surface area for heat dissipation. This component is proudly built in the USA. This specific configuration offers a 3.0" intercooler thickness and comes with a silver core finish, with options for various anodizing colors and stencils available. Please note that this listing is for the intercooler core only; the associated piping kits are sold separately. Evidence of its performance capabilities is highlighted by Kozmic Motorsports, who achieved an 8.05-second quarter-mile time at 184 mph using an off-the-shelf ETS unit, demonstrating the effectiveness of their intercooler design.
