Description

This Carrillo Hybrid Piston and Connecting Rod Kit is a high-performance, lightweight solution for Cummins engines, specifically for 6.4L conversions (5.9L crank in a 6.7L block). It allows for a longer connecting rod without a deck plate, improving the rod-to-stroke ratio. The kit reduces reciprocating weight by approximately 12 lbs (2 lbs per cylinder) compared to stock. Engineered for 1,200-1,500 HP applications while maintaining streetability. Rods are made from proprietary 4330m alloy (Carrilloloy) and are 100% machined to extreme tolerances. Includes Mahle steel bushings.
