The Tie Down MPP28 is a 28-inch steel braced support pier designed for manufactured housing. It offers a superior alternative to traditional dry-stacked blocks and can handle vertical loads with a support rating of up to 6,000 lbs.

These support piers are suitable for a wide range of factory-built structures, including manufactured homes, mobile commercial units, classrooms, multiplexes, and sheds. They are engineered for stability and can withstand various wind zone conditions, with exceptions for "Exposure D" or areas within 1,500 ft. of the coastline.
