The SuperTec Racing billet compressor wheel is engineered as a performance upgrade specifically for the Nissan Skyline GT 2860-5 turbo, identified by Garrett Part no. 836026-5005. The wheel's profile size has been increased to alter the overall compressor trim, enabling a substantial performance enhancement. This race spec wheel is approximately 13 grams lighter than the OEM cast wheel, which facilitates a spool-up improvement of 250-300 RPM. Customer feedback suggests an additional 20-35hp over a standard -5 turbo setup can be achieved, though actual results may vary based on the overall engine setup and supporting modifications. Technical specifications include an inducer diameter of 47.72mm and an exducer diameter of 60.13mm, with a tip height of 4.44mm. The wheel weighs 39.5 grams, compared to the OEM cast wheel's 52.7 grams. It features a 6/6 blade configuration and a 2.30 trim/superback, and comes pre-balanced.
