The calipers also incorporate aluminum pistons, which offer superior heat resistance compared to traditional materials, ensuring uncompromised operation. The kit includes 286mm two-piece rotors, designed to provide lightweight, fade-free performance and effective grip on the track, while maintaining comfortable operation for daily driving. Buyers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotor options; cross-drilled are recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to better cooling, while slotted rotors are preferred for track use. The calipers also offer various color options, including standard painted finishes (Orange, Red, Black, Yellow) and premium high-polish or anodized upgrades. Included are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent line expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel over stock rubber lines. The kit also comes with NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, optimized for street and occasional track use, offering reduced brake dust (by 50% or more), less noise, and reduced rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F.
