The 3M Cubitron II Cut and Grind Wheel features 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain for exceptionally fast-cutting and long-lasting use on both stainless and mild steel. These versatile wheels function as both a grinding wheel and a cut-off wheel, ideal for cutting, grinding, and gouging. Unlike single-purpose abrasive discs, this wheel can meet multiple challenges without requiring disc swaps. Its flat, reinforced inner surface can shape or sand objects, while the thin outer edge makes perpendicular cuts and gouges, maximizing production. Precision Shaped Grain, formed from 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain into triangular structures, slices cleanly through metal and continuously self-sharpens, generating a super-fast cut with less heat buildup, reducing stress cracks and discoloration. Wheel must have a maximum operating speed greater than or equal to the power tool's maximum speed and be used with a wheel guard that fits the cut-off wheel's size.
