The PPE Engineering Lexus IS350/GS350/RC350 AWD header collector pipes are engineered for enhanced performance on vehicles equipped with the 2GR-FKS engine. These components feature non-EPA compliant SPORT high-flow catalytic converters and are designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade. Constructed with premium materials, these headers utilize 304 stainless steel castings and 2.25-inch mandrel-bent tubing. Key features include 3/8-inch thick head and outlet flanges, equal length tubes, and formed collectors that come with either a spike or optional parallel merge configurations. The product also includes necessary gaskets and instructions for installation. These headers are designed to provide a significant performance increase, with a stated gain of 16 wheel horsepower (whp), translating to an estimated 19+ horsepower at the crank. For those seeking aesthetic and thermal benefits, optional ceramic coatings are available, which add a refined look while offering thermal barrier properties to help reduce engine bay temperatures and potentially increase power.
