Overview

The PPE Engineering race headers are collector tubes designed for 2018-2024 Lexus IS350 RWD vehicles. These components bolt directly to the cylinder head to function as the manifold collector for the 2GRFKS engine.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel, they feature larger cast openings than stock manifolds and utilize 2.25-inch stainless tubing. These parts are intended solely for competition use and are not legal for road or highway registration.

The PPE Engineering race headers provide an upgraded exhaust path for the 2018-2024 Lexus IS350 with RWD. Specifically engineered to address the design of the 2GRFKS motor, where the exhaust manifold is integrated into the cylinder head, these headers serve as an optimized collector to improve exhaust flow characteristics over the factory manifold. Fabricated from 304 stainless steel castings and paired with 2.25-inch stainless steel tubing, these headers offer a completely bolt-on installation for the specified RWD platforms. Buyers may select from a raw finish or an optional Glacier Black Cerakote coating. Additional configuration options include the choice of GESI EPA-compliant or PPE Sport catalytic converters. Please note that this product is sold as a race-only component. It is manufactured and intended strictly for competition vehicles and must not be used on public roads or highways. Installation on a street-driven vehicle may result in a violation of the Clean Air Act.
