The Supravworld 2JZ-GE/1JZ-GE Yaris Coil On Plug Kit is an innovative ignition system upgrade for 2JZ-GE and 1JZ-GE (non-VVTi) engines. This kit replaces the factory distributor with six Yaris Stick Coils, providing a significant upgrade to handle high boost levels and prevent spark blow-out. It also facilitates the use of dual CAM/CRANK sensors, allowing non-VVTi 2JZ-GE engines to operate with GTE specifications while retaining the stock wiring harness. This kit features a lightweight aluminum bracket with posts, including all necessary bolts for attachment. The package also includes a Plug & Play wiring harness compatible with stock GTE ECUs and most aftermarket/standalone ECUs. For custom installations, an open-ended flying harness made from TEFZEL & TXL 18AWG high-temp motorsport wire is also provided. The new design for 2023 ensures fitment with both stock GE and GTE valve covers, and the stock GTE plastic engine cover will also fit. A crucial installation note is that this kit *must* be run with a forward-facing intake manifold, as it will not fit under the stock GE intake. The manufacturer recommends their GE to GTE intake plenum adapter for compatibility.
