The Titan Motorsports crank damper is an SFI-approved harmonic balancer engineered to provide reliable operation for 2JZ engines in both street and high-performance racing environments. It is specifically certified for use in drag racing vehicles performing at 10.99 seconds or quicker. Installation requires specific supporting components for proper engine function. This V1 pulley requires a larger-than-OEM length serpentine belt for installation. Additionally, you must use a PHR 2.9" alternator pulley to prevent over-spinning the alternator, which can lead to component damage. Please note that this V1 unit is an older design compared to the current V2 revision, which is designed to utilize the OEM-length serpentine belt.
