2nd Gear Super Hold Servo Kit

The Sonnax 2nd Gear Super Hold Servo Kit (part no. 77911-03K) is engineered for GM 4L60, 4L60-E, 4L65-E, and 4L70-E transmissions, providing a significant upgrade for performance applications. This kit delivers 18% more apply area compared to the largest OE servo, the "Corvette" servo, resulting in enhanced holding power and firmer, more positive 1-2 and 2-3 shifts. Its design aims to avoid the common timing flaws and excessive shock loads found in other aftermarket servo designs. Constructed with a durable billet aluminum servo and piston, this kit also includes a chromoly steel apply pin that is longer than the longest OE pin and features added seals to minimize 3rd gear pressure leakage. Dual seals are incorporated into the design to ensure positive band apply and release while effectively eliminating cross leaks. The kit's contents include the 2nd Gear Piston, Separator, Apply Pin, various D-rings and O-rings, and PTFE seals.
