2TR Long Tube Header Kit

The LCE Performance 2TR Long Tube Header Kit is engineered to enhance the performance of the 2.7L VVTI inline 4-cylinder engine found in Toyota Tacoma models from 2005 to 2023. The collector is made from 409 stainless steel and features a 2 1/2" formed merge collector for efficient exhaust scavenging. The head flange is CNC machined to a 1/2" thickness and includes provisions for air injection, while the collector flange is also CNC machined. A ceramic coating is applied to both manage heat and ensure a long-lasting, attractive finish. Equal length primaries are employed to optimize performance gains. The kit comes complete with OE Toyota gaskets to ensure a reliable seal. LC Engineering recommends replacing the header-to-cylinder head mounting hardware with Part #1045028 for optimal installation. Important considerations: This header is not C.A.R.B. approved and is not for street use in California. LC Engineering advises against wrapping the headers with exhaust wrap, as this can lead to premature failure, increased corrosion, and will void all warranty claims.
