2UR-GSE FDFI2300 Intercooled Roots-Type Supercharger Kit

The ELATE ISF 2UR-GSE FDFI2300 is a world-first, intercooled roots-type supercharger kit specifically tailored for the 2008 and newer Lexus ISF equipped with the 2UR-GSE engine. This comprehensive kit integrates the FDFI2300 supercharger, manufactured by Harrop Engineering in Australia, which utilizes the advanced Eaton TVS2300 rotor pack. Extensive testing, both on and off the dyno, has allowed ELATE to develop a refined, full bolt-on supercharger system. Users can anticipate a minimum 25% increase in rear-wheel horsepower at 7psi on a healthy, stock ISF, with potential for significant gains when paired with supporting modifications like headers, exhaust systems, and an ECU tune. The kit includes the ELATE 2UR X ISF Series intercooled supercharger manifold with top plate and all mounting hardware, the Harrop FDFI2300 supercharger with a vertical bypass, and an ELATE billet 2UR to FDFI throttle body adapter. It also comes with direct injection driver extension looms, a dual-pass external heat exchanger with -12AN fittings, a 6-rib supercharger pulley, drive belt, idler pulley bracket, cast front water cross-over, and a complete water-to-air system including lines, fittings, a Bosch 1200LPH pump, relay loom, and reservoir. Installation instructions are also provided. Boost levels at sea level can be adjusted based on pulley size, ranging from approximately 6psi with a 90mm pulley up to 13.5psi with a 65mm pulley. The manufacturer strongly advises that adding forced induction increases engine stress. Purchasers accept these risks and must ensure their engine is healthy via a compression test, and that supporting modifications like headers and exhaust are installed.
