The RevMax AS69RC Signature Series transmission significantly upgrades the factory unit, known for low-quality internal parts and limited power handling. This unit features redesigned K2 and K3 clutch drums made from billet steel with nearly 50% more clutch surface area, addressing common issues like ring grooving. The K2 clutch hub is also upgraded to a thicker, superior material. This transmission is capable of holding in excess of 800HP, though proper transmission tuning with factory defuel/torque management is crucial for warranty and performance. It includes a Stage 5 Billet 6 Clutch AS69RC Torque Converter (factory is 3 clutches and stamped steel).
