The J&L OSC 3.0 Oil Separator is a precision-milled billet aluminum catch can engineered to capture oil blow-by before it circulates through your engine's intake. By trapping these vapors, it helps prevent the accumulation of deposits on intake valves and throttle bodies, which can otherwise lead to power loss and fuel dilution. The system features a 3oz capacity, an O-ring sealed knurled tank base for easy service, and a multi-stage filtering process using a stainless steel mesh screen and an aluminum honeycomb filter. Installation is a straightforward plug-and-play process that utilizes OEM-style quick-connect PCV fittings, allowing you to retain factory hoses should you ever need to return the vehicle to stock. The unit is compatible with J&L's optional reservoir extension, which doubles the capacity to 6oz for those requiring less frequent maintenance. This separator fits 2011-2025 Ford F-150 5.0L, 2011-2025 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost, 2015-2025 F-150 2.7L EcoBoost, 2017-2025 F-150 Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost, and 2018-2021 Expedition 3.5L EcoBoost models. Note that it is not compatible with the 2021-2026 Ford F-150 3.5L PowerBoost, which requires a separate specific application. This product is not CARB exempt and is not legal for sale or use in California or other states that have adopted CA emission standards.
