The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 is a direct-fit oil separator designed to keep intake parts cleaner by capturing blow-by before it reaches the intake. This helps limit valve deposits and throttle-body residue over time. It is constructed from solid billet aluminum and features OEM-style quick connect PCV fittings.

The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 Passenger Side is engineered to capture blow-by, preventing oil and contaminants from entering your F-150 or Expedition's intake system. This process helps to reduce valve deposits, throttle body residue, and potential damage caused by oil dilution of fuel, ultimately contributing to maintained power and fuel efficiency. Constructed from solid billet aluminum, this oil separator offers robust durability. It features a 3oz capacity and utilizes OEM-style quick-connect PCV fittings for straightforward installation. The design includes an O-ring seal to prevent leaks and a knurled tank base for easy removal during servicing. Inside, a fine mesh stainless steel screen and an aluminum honeycomb filter work together to trap oil vapors. Installation is designed to be a simple Plug & Play process, taking approximately 10 minutes. The unit comes complete with all necessary hoses, brackets, and hardware for an OEM look, allowing you to retain the stock hose if needed for a return to stock configuration. A limited lifetime warranty backs the product. This oil separator is specifically designed for the 2015-2026 F-150 with 2.7L EcoBoost engines, the 2011-2026 F-150 with 3.5L EcoBoost engines (excluding PowerBoost), the 2017-2026 F-150 Raptor with 3.5L EcoBoost, and the 2018-2021 Expedition with 3.5L EcoBoost engines. It is crucial to note that this product is NOT CARB (California Air Resource Board) Exempt and is not legal for sale or use in California or any other state requiring a CA Executive Order. Orders with a CA shipping address will be canceled. Additionally, 2021-2026 Ford F-150 3.5L PowerBoost owners require a specific oil separator available via a separate link.
