The J&L Oil Separator Co. 3.0 Oil Separator is a driver side oil separator designed with billet aluminum construction and a black anodized finish. It features a multi-stage filter system to collect oil vapors and a 3 oz capacity tank for spent fluid.

This oil separator is compatible with 2011-2017 Mustang GT, 2012-2013 Mustang BOSS 302, and 2015-2020 Mustang GT350 models. It includes all necessary hoses, custom brackets, and hardware for installation.

The J&L Oil Separator Co. 3.0 Oil Separator is a driver side oil catch can constructed from solid billet aluminum with a durable black anodized finish. Its Version 3.0 design boasts an increased fluid capacity of 3 oz, significantly more than earlier versions. The filtering process involves a fine mesh stainless steel screen and a 1/2" thick aluminum honeycomb filter to ensure that oil particles are too heavy to recirculate into the intake tract. This specific kit is designed for the driver's side application on 2011-2017 Mustang GT, 2012-2013 Mustang BOSS 302, and 2015-2017 GT350 models. Installation is straightforward with included full directions and videos. A note for GT and BOSS models: the mounting bracket utilizes the same location as the factory sound tube; if the sound tube is retained, its mount will need to be unhooked. While most oil accumulation typically occurs on the passenger side, installing this driver side setup offers enhanced protection. The knurled tank base allows for easy removal and draining, with an O-ring seal to prevent leaks. Each tank should be drained approximately every 5,000-7,000 miles. This product is NOT CARB exempt and is not legal for sale or use in California or other states adopting California emission standards without a specific Executive Order.
