The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator offers a robust solution for protecting your 2024-2025 Ford Ranger Raptor's 3.0L EcoBoost engine. Constructed from CNC-machined billet aluminum with a durable black anodized finish, this oil separator is built for longevity and a premium appearance. It incorporates a multi-stage filtration system, including a fine mesh stainless steel screen and an aluminum honeycomb filter, to effectively trap even the finest oil vapors. The unit has a 3oz capacity, designed to reduce maintenance frequency, with recommended draining every 2,000-3,500 miles. Installation is designed to be straightforward and can be completed in under 30 minutes thanks to its plug-and-play design, which utilizes OEM-style quick-connect fittings and pre-attached PCV silicone hoses. No modifications are required for installation. The kit includes the oil separator, a custom-designed billet mounting bracket with hardware, pre-attached hoses, and installation instructions.
