The J&L OSC 3.0 Oil Separator is a catch can designed to reduce oil contamination in your engine's intake track. It features a black anodized finish and a 3 oz capacity. The separator uses a fine mesh stainless steel screen and a 1/2" thick aluminum honeycomb filter to trap oil vapors.

The J&L OSC 3.0 Oil Separator is engineered to capture oil vapors that are vented from the crankcase back into your engine's intake system. This process helps prevent oil from diluting your fuel, lowering its octane level, and accumulating in intake manifold runners. Milled from solid billet aluminum, this catch can features a black anodized finish for durability and aesthetics. This oil separator utilizes a multi-stage filtering system. It includes a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap oil vapors, which then coalesce and fall due to gravity. These larger droplets then pass through a 1/2" thick, 1/16th" aluminum honeycomb filter, further growing in size before collecting in the bottom of the 3 oz capacity can. Regular draining, recommended every 5000-7000 miles, prevents overfilling. The kit includes all necessary hoses, custom brackets, and hardware for an OEM look and quality. The knurled tank base allows for easy removal and draining, with an O-ring seal to prevent leaks. It is specifically designed for 2019-2026 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 models equipped with the 5.3L or 6.2L engines.
